Killing Floor

Killing Floor (1992) has finally been rendered in a double vinyl/180-gram format. Killing Floor was the recording that got the national “buzz” going on for Athens, GA’s Vigilantes of Love. 16 songs covering such celebrated themes of Love, Loss, End Times, Redemption and the Cultural “Fail.”

The album continues to be many people’s definitive VoL fave. Multi-instrumentalist, Bill Holmes and Bill Mallonee delivered most of the recording in a two week span. It was produced by Mark Heard, Bill Mallonee, REM’s Peter Buck, and Billy Holmes.
